you remember these sweets?
I want to eat every time I watched an episode of Sex & TheCity! : D I've always dreamed
America after all seen the show ..
for clothes .. for food .. for fun ..
and every time I try to bring some of that world .. in my life!
Stupid? Maybe ..

Start with cupcakes good way to understand me and my kitchen: D
I love sweets so much ..
I like to cook .. smell it .. and eat them!! ;)

I'm actually a very healthy ..
Occasionally, however, I allow myself some whim!

The cupcakes are those sweets from
"eat at least once in a lifetime!
I assure you .. it's worth it! : D Here is the recipe



for 12 cupcakes Ingredients: 125 gr

.

sugar 125 gr.

flour 125g butter

2 eggs 3 tablespoons milk

a teaspoon of vanilla extract

a sachet of baking powder

Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and mix.

Apart ..

mix melted butter with the eggs.

Combine the two mixtures and mix

adding the milk until it forms a smooth and homogeneous.

Add the mixture into muffin molds ..

or paper cups (like I did)

half full (no more).

Bake for 15min at 180 °

For the chocolate cupcake I just aggiundo

the mixture of melted dark chocolate with milk:)

For cream cream frosting or decoration

:

100g butter 100g

. icing sugar

100gr. Philadelphia

100gr. of cream to assemble

Mix the ingredients with the mixer ..

whipping cream and add to mixture.

decorate with a pastry bag

and chocolate chips .. sugar .. or else!

cream it can be colored with the dye.

I personally have used a preparation Strawberry cake!

But goodness, but goodness;)
