Today I propose a mix of appetizers quick and easy! :)
BROCHETTES MORTADELLA
Just look! Says it all! :)
They are colorful and have all the ingredients that we like! :) I alternate
rolled Mortadella, mozzarella cheese, stuffed olives, tomatoes, basil leaves.
Dress with olive oil in the pot:) yum
ROLLS SPECK!
these delicious, too!
on each slice of bacon I put arugula dressed with olive oil, lemon, pepper,
and parmesan cheese!
I've rolled et voila:)
TARTINI WITH OLIVES
seems almost silly to explain how I made them! : D
I cut the sliced bread into triangles and spread the olive to Philadelphia!
Accompanied by a few slices of salami English! : D
MOZZARELLA IN CAB
Classic and strabuone!
But there's one thing I do not like?
I stuffed slices of mozzarella with the sliced bread ..
past the beaten egg with a pinch of salt
and then in breadcrumbs seasoned with salt, pepper, grated cheese, parsley, mint.
and then fried!
EGGS OF PRINCESS
These eggs are a childhood memory ..
I found the recipe on my diary when I was a Barbie tiny!
was the favorite dish of the Barbie Princess:)
and also because I felt a little princess .. my mom made them often!
So .. we bring to boil eggs for 20 minutes;
then cut in half and put aside the egg yolk!
Blend the egg yolks with the mayonnaise, salt and pepper!
Cover parts of the egg white mixture and sprinkle with parsley!
I then I went with the stuffed olives!
These starters have prepared them for a drink at home ..
hope you got some ideas! :)
