Orange Tiramisu!

Here is my sweet New Year!

Ingredients: 600 gr

. of sponge (I used a pack and a half);

6 Eggs;

14 tablespoons of sugar;

500 gr. mascarpone;

200 ml of cream to be mounted;

4 sweet oranges (like Vanilla)

Brazilian type 1 Orange;

a glass of Grand Marnier liqueur;

crumbled pistachio;

Conduct :

- Separate the yolks from the whites;

- Beat the egg whites until stiff;

- fitted with the whisk the egg yolks with 12 tablespoons of sugar until a smooth paste;

- Add the mascarpone and continue to mix well;

- Add the egg whites and mix with a spoon from the bottom up, trying not to dismantle them;

- Whip cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar,

and add to the mixture of egg whites using the same procedure.

will get a cream so ..

- With the juicer .. extract the juice from the oranges and put them on a bowl, mixing it with Grand Marnier;

- Dial the first layer with cream, the second with the wet sponge from the juice ...

- then again you pistachio cream and a sprinkling crumbled;

- ladyfingers again .. cream and pistachio ...

- Put in refrigerator for at least two hours before serving!

These sandwiches are a real pleasure!

Ingredients:

20fette sandwich bread;

a jar of tartar sauce,

100gr. bacon;

100gr. of sliced \u200b\u200bswiss;

Time:

-Eliminate dark sides of the slices sandwich bread and cut into the desired shape;

- On each slice of bread spread the tartar sauce .. you add a little bacon and some Swiss,

-Stop everything and serve with toothpicks.

Time:

- In a pan fry the garlic with oil;

- Wash and cut mushrooms into strips;

- Cook them in a pan for 15-20 minutes, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley;

- Cook pasta in boiling salted water, and season with mushroom sauce;

- Serve with some parmesan cheese:)
