Today I had nothing in the house!
When I opened the fridge I found only so much cheese!
And here's my idea for the first:)
Ingredients per person:
50gr. pasta parmesan
much (honestly I have not weighed)
quarter cup of milk
pepper, salt.
Time:
Melt in a saucepan with the grated Parmesan cheese milk .. and leave it on the fire until it becomes creamy.
Heat a skillet on the stove .. and when it is hot, put some grated parmesan cheese ..
just golden brown take away from the heat and cool it by giving it a shape from cup!
Cook pasta in salted water and stir in Parmesan cheese sauce served on a plate ...
inside the pod .. season with pepper ..
et voila ... Bon appetit!
