Blue as the fish in Cesenatico 25 to 27 March 2011

From March 25 to 27 back to the Cesenatico gastronomic festival "Blue like the fish", now in its 11th edition. Like every year the event is to enhance the product "prince" of the local cuisine, sea food, and promoting the quality restaurants.


For the second year the event will be extended to streets of the old: harbor area will be set up points of tasting of typical dishes of the maritime tradition of Cesenatico, at a cost easily accessible, while many food stands will be present in several squares and streets of Cesenatico, the City Fish Market also will be available again on Sunday in an extraordinary opening.

The Association of Restaurateurs in Cesenatico (ARIC) will star as always Colonia Agip, which will host its chefs cook delicious recipes using sardines, anchovies, sardines, mackerel or Paganelli.

The various associations and local authorities have prepared a rather detailed regulation with regard to fish species that may be suggested during the event, effectively prohibiting the marketing of fish imported to the benefit of product quality.
